What is the formaldehyde level of your doors?
Our boards are tested to E0 grade — ultra-low formaldehyde emission. We do not add formaldehyde-based adhesives in our production process. Test reports can be provided on request for your compliance review.
What finishes are available?
We offer 24+ wood-grain and modern finishes — walnut, oak, teak, Manhattan, Nebula White, Cream Gold, Mocha, Tea Gold Grey and more. Please see our Color Card.
What sizes can you make?
Standard size is 920 × 2150 mm. We also produce super-high doors up to 3050 mm and panels of 1220 × 2440 / 1220 × 2750 / 1220 × 3050 mm. Custom sizes are welcome.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ is flexible and depends on model and finish. Please tell us your quantities and destination and we will confirm the best terms for your order.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on quantity, customization and season. Please contact our export team for the current lead time — we confirm it in writing with your order.
Can you do OEM / ODM?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM — custom models, finishes, hardware, packaging and branding for distributors and door brands.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We can arrange door samples and colour samples. Please contact us for the sample policy, cost and shipping arrangements.
What about packaging and shipping?
Doors are packed with export-grade protection. We ship by sea or air, LCL or FCL, from China ports, and will advise the best option for your destination.
What are your payment terms?
Common terms are T/T (deposit + balance before shipment) and L/C for larger orders. Final terms are confirmed with each order.

Are your doors suitable for bathrooms or humid areas?
Our carbon crystal board doors offer good moisture resistance. For very humid applications, please discuss the best material options with our team.
How do I maintain a paint-free door?
Simply wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaner. No painting or polishing is required. Avoid abrasive pads and strong solvents.
Can the colour be customised or matched?
Our finishes come from a fixed colour card with matching-color aluminum frames for a unified look. For special colour matching (for example your brand’s RAL), please discuss feasibility with our team.
Which markets do you export to?
We export worldwide — including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Australia. English-speaking export support is available.
Do you provide installation guidance?
Yes. We provide installation guidance and technical support for our doors and aluminum-wood door systems.
